Country "Reunion" we havent region / state

We are based in Reunion Island, all my buyers on the website are in Reunion

When the user registration Meeting is selected for "Country" for the country.
and asked

"Please select a region / state"
In Reunion Island we havent region / state

How i can do?

You need to add zones from admin - setting - localisaion - zones for the country.
