I want to Edit Option in Catalogue

See the picture: there are 7 days,15 days, one month. I want to remove: Price after 7 days [remove(Rs.815)]

I know for oc versions 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.6.4

the older version only.....and one thing more....
I need to add refundable security deposit.....(different products and different refundable amount) So that at a time of check out refundable deposit is automatically added to bill)
