database help

What is the database name, seems like i have done this correct but access is denied.

What is the name you gave for your database when you created it? Go into your phpMyAdmin and look at the database name and enter that exact name you have there for it.

No you shouldn't as everything that needs to be added to it does so when you install OC.

Just put the PDF into a zip file, and upload the zip file.
