zone shipping Methods

Hi all i m new to Open Cart i m looking for zone shipping methods like $10.00 in USA and all other country $30.00 can someone help me with me this i think i m using Version 1.4.0 Thanks

Create a geozone for USA and a geozone for Rest of World
For the latter, you will need to manually add each country to the geozone. I had a script that would add all for you in older versions but I've yet to update that.

Then in the weightbased shipping, set:
USA: 999999:10
Rest of World: 999999:30

Hey can you help me with how i can created all zone shipping cuz i look in shipping i don`t find goezone option
