OCMod Documentation

Currently, this is the only documentation that I can find for OCMod:

Is there a more comprehensive one with additional examples?

I am interested in knowing more about
1. What is the syntax of the contents for install.sql and install.php
2. When to use install.php and not install.xml?
3. If I hope to alter some codes in "Model" section of admin and/or catalog, am I suppose to use install.php?
