Mark items with options

Hey,

I have some items with options such as colour. The items aren't known, so people may not understand that inside the item there is a colour selection.
I need something to mark them in the items list so that they will understand that if they open the item, they will see much more options. Something like an icon is the best (i think), or a different font colour in the title.

Or...if you have any other idea

The option to separate them in different items isn't acceptable since we're talking for some thousands of codes with the colour option the most easy to understand.
