Hello, I'm using OpenCart 1.5.6.4
I get every day a couple of orders with "Missing" status, some of the customers haven't clicked over the "Confirm Order" button and that's the reason for their orders' status to be "Missing", but some customers say that they couldn't complete the order because when they press "Confirm order" button they get redirected to the Shipping address section, which they have already filled in, so they try a couple of times but can't complete the order. Most of the orders don't have such problem, something like 98% of the orders, but some small number of orders have that issue. Have anyone experienced such a problem and have you found some solution or the reason for it?
