display product per geozone

Hi,

Does anybody know, or can create an extension for the following?

I will have a multi lingual / multi country shop. Via Geo ip, the shop will be displayed in the correct languages, but I will also need to "restrict" products displayed on the site, to the correct geozone. For example, a product with a dutch label should only be displayed in the dutch geozone, while a product with a french label should be displayed in both the Belgium and Luxembourg site, but not on the "dutch site"

Any ideas would be really appreciated.
