I have set up my software to apply taxes to the Canadian Provinces and I am assuming that they will work fine but for international customers I want to charge zero. I made the assumption that all international orders would default to zero but they don't. Do I really have to add every country as a geo zone and prescribe 0% to it? Is there a way to make 0% the default and only charge tax in canada?
