Change Language of PayPal Payment Gateway?

I'm still a little new to OpenCart so sorry if I have missed something obvious in this question.

I'm translating a site from English to German, I have everything done except for the payment gateway. The site is using PayPal as a payment gateway, how can I switch it to use to go to a German version of PayPal instead of English?

Thanks, I've done a lot of searching on Google but can't seem to find any information.
