When configuring the Amazon Payment gateway with OpenCart Version 1.5.6.4 the only country options are for UK and Germany. Is there an additional extension that needs it so it can show the US option. Any feedback and instruction is greatly appreciated. The site system setting is set to USA. I am using OpenCart Version 1.5.6.4.
