Is there no way for a current customer to cancel the recurring profiles they created? I've been playing around with profiles because I'm building a new site that needs them. I've tested it and I cannot figure out how a customer will be able to cancel the recurring payments from their store account login.

I also can't figure out how my customer service rep will be able to cancel recurring profiles either. This can't be correct! can it ?!?

Any help is much appreciated on this.
