Contact us emails are not working in V2.0

PHP Notice: Error: E-Mail to required! in /home/XXX/public_html/XXX/system/library/mail.php on line 61

Any ideas?

Not the cleanest of fixes for the contact us mail but... it works.

I copied the same file from system/library/mail.php from 1.5.5.1 and deleted the replaced mail.php in 2.0.0.0.

No errors and an email is received to the store owners address.
