LF: Export/Import ext for old version to new version

I'm looking for an all-in-one (or at least for all product, categories and options) export/import tool.

The trick is, I need to export from OpenCart 1.5.3., and import to 1.5.6.4 and I cannot find an extension that works with such an old version of OC.

Thoughts?

first upgrade to 1.5.4.x then 1.5.5.x then 1.5.6.1 and finaly to 1.5.6.4

make sure you upgrade any installed extension as well

Koeltechnische deurrubbers eenvoudig online op maat bestellen.
Alle niet stekplichtige onderdelen zoals scharnieren, sloten, randverwarming en verlichting voor alle typen koelingen en vriezers.

Can't do that.
Two separate websites and the old site has extensions that will fail with the update.

Need to keep it as it is for now.

had to manually upgrade and import clients, orders, categories and product.
