Currency Default on Opencart 2.0

Hello everyone.

Currently I always have 2 currencies for my store in 1.5.6. The default store for each product and shipping cost is using IDR. But, I have a input USD for international cost shipping method. And running well.

The problem is on OC 2.0, when I input 1.000000 for IDR (as default currency) in system setting, the system still read USD as default. When I delete USD currency, there is no default currency for the store.
When I rewrite for USD currency to change to be IDR currency, and make a new currency with USD, the system read automatically only USD as default.

Please, give me some advise or maybe fix the problem.

Currency and language is stored in a cookie on your browser. If you change the default language or currency, you need to manually delete the cookie that the currency/language is stored in from your browser. That will then do what you want. Not to worry though, other people who visit your site for the first time will see the correct default currency and language since they won't have the cookie already.

Hello Qphoria. I wish you can understand what I mean. This is some screenshot what I'm talking about the problem.

1. I add IDR currency. And I need to change IDR as default.



2. Look what happen when I change IDR as default. The system only read USD as default. There is no change even the value change manually.



3. Now, I delete USD. There is no default currency. The system is error.



4. Then I add USD again. And the system automatically change all value into USD cost and USD as default.



Hope, you can understand. My need is, the default currency IDR, and USD still enable but not as default.

I cannot reproduce your error

I added IDR (Rupiah) in System -> Localisation -> Currencies

I then went in to System -> Settings -> (edit store) -> Local tab
Changed currency for store to Rupiah

I then went back in to System -> Localisation -> Currencies

IDR (Rupiah) is marked correctly as the Default
