password reset email not sending

I forgot the password for my opencart theme and when I used the reset password option to send me an email I never received an email. I cant log onto my admin page without these details and now I cant access or reset them.

The reset password function works only for customers I think, not for admin users. Customers and Users information are in seperate tables. You should probably go directly to your database and add new user directly, but be aware that passwords in database are hashed so you can't just set password to "admin". You have to hash the "admin" string like opencart does it and then set the hashed value to database. Maybe there is some easier way, but I don't know about it.

Depending on the version you have to activate this feature in your admin I believe.
