shipping option for all other countries not in zones

HI

Has anyone a solution for this:
We have setup zones for all EU countries so we can set shipping cost per country easily.
But now I would like a shipping option for ALL countries not in any zone so they can order but will see as shipping option something like "costs will be calculated and you will be notified"
and people CAN order

right now they cannot order as you get the "error" there is no shipping..... please contact us.....

is there a trick?

You'll need to set up a geo zone for every other country, and then apply a $0.00 cost to it so people can check out. Otherwise, you can use an extension like Multi Flat Rate Shipping to set up a charge that applies to "Everywhere Else", so you don't need to set up a geo zone. The "Everywhere Else" zone will apply to any location not in a geo zone.
