Option Vaue start/end date

My request is the addition of a start and end date for each option value added on the option update screen. My products are educational classes and I found options to be a good way to allow advance signup for a class starting on a given date. I envision an option value automatically appearing on a product at option value start date arrives and disappearing after option value end date. See http://minthypnosis.com/ecart/index.php ... duct_id=37 as an example of using option values to limit the number of seats for each scheduled event date.
