Sales Tax Api for Opencart (Ratepoint)

Hi,

I was recently going through the opencart and finding out the way if there is any contributed module available to apply rate-point(USA) sales tax api. unfortunately nothing worked really and didn't find anything like that. Now i am building own contributed module for that. Which may be available soon for all open cart users.

Please let me know if you see any issues.
