Buying a theme

I am deeply worried to buy a theme in open cart and when I go to the download area, I does not appear to download, it redirects me to the page account, I've written and do not answer me, you believe that this has been a robbery ...? I need to cancel urgent paypal? ... they are scammers ...? , I have no answer
