Need Modules

I have following requirement in my project

Agent Module
1. Agent is the link between Manufacturer and Admin
2. I want to link Agent to Products of his respective Manufacturer. Eg. Agent A is linked to Manuf 1, Manuf 2 and Manuf 3 whereas Agent B is linked to Manuf 4 and Manuf 5.
3. Thus Agent A is linked to all products whose Manufacturer is Manuf 1, 2 and 3 and Agent 2 is linked to all products whose Manufacturer is Manuf 4 and 5
4. I want to pay Agent commission whenever products linked to him are sold.
5. I also want to give Agent his own Admin so that he can Login and check his Account which will contain all sales details of his products ie. Date, Order No., Product Name, Manufacturer Name, Commission %, Commission Amt, Payment Status etc.
6. I want to also update the Product Status ie Pending, Dispatched, Delivered, Completed for Agent to see in his Admin
7. On status changing to Completed Agent gets paid either by Paypal, Check or Bank Transfer.

Affiliate Module
1. I want a solution where Affiliate to get paid every time customer buys a product irrespective of whether the customer has come on the site using Affiliate Link or Directly.
2. This condition should be valid for first visit of the customer or subsequent visits.

Are there any ready Extensions / Modules for this? New to Opencart hence asking.

So you want to assign an Affiliate to a product and have that affiliate always get a cut from that product's sales?
And if you have 2 products in the cart linked to 2 different affiliates then they should each get their respective commission?

@Qphoria, Yes you have understood it right. Only thing is I have called this person as Agent. However as you indicated an same person can play both roles of Agent and Affiliate whom you have referred as Affiliate in your post.

Another point is - The sale may has happen thru' link of 3rd. Affiliate or any of the 2 Affiliates you have mentioned in you post. So this Affiliate also gets paid. Also this customer is linked to this third Affiliate permanently.

Your reply actually applies to Agent Module and not for Affiliate Module unless you expect the role of the Agent is played by any of the registered Affiliate. This thought is also not wrong.
