Need automated order extension for sample requests

Help,

I have to support the creation of a zero value order for registered customers when they click on a custom link (Click here for a free sample of ProdX!!).

Requirements:

1. QMOD only
2. Support for registered users
3. Support to select the items and qty to be placed on order in admin page
4. Create regular order in system, override prices and apply free shipping. No payment requirement zero value.
5. Optional to auto-complete order if possible else go straight to checkout.

Looking for an existing extension but willing to pay for a custom coding. Time is an issue. Need a solution soon.
