Only free OR paid shipping at last step or order

Hello
How can I display only the shipping method corresponding to the total order amount ?

For ex :
Free shipping starts at 80 €
Below 80 € : weight based shipping.

When the order is more than 80 €, it displays both, and the customer has to select 1 (free shipping, of course...)..

Free Shipping has a total limit setting, but Weight-Based Shipping does not. Total-Based Shipping can set flat rates based on the total, or Formula-Based Shipping can do it for weight + total requirements.
