Need Help Changing Text in Language File

I have opencart/mijoshop installed here
www.gulfcoastcorvette. com (remove space)

I am trying to change the text in the check out from "United States Postal Service" to "United States Postal Service - Select Flat Rate Envelope for Manuals Only"

I tried changing this file catalog/language/english/shipping/usps.php but don't see the change in the front end. I tried clearing the cache.

Am I changing the text in the wrong file?

But you ALSO HAVE a similar Header_tiele name in the Admin Section as well,
you may change this too. (but I don't think it will do any good...)

I did not find any other (directly placed) entries.
