Template with cart and topics

Hi,so i'm new to opencart.I'm doing a website,or at least i'm doing my best. It's a GSM,i need to be able to put stuff for selling,and to be able to make short topics that will e usedto say "i'm repairing phone at X price" and so on.
Can you guys help me? i had 1.5.6.4 latest autocart,but if neceserly i'll change the version to be compatable.

just to answer this, you better add a max-price tag to your inquiry, if you expect someone teach you or even to create your shop. From what you wrote, everything can be done, i.E. if you download the OpenShop Extension, there, a NEWS Section is, besides of many other Goodies, already built-in. But to learn on how to do it, will be your Job, or then, as I wrote above.
