Items showing as out of stock

Hi all, all my items on my website are linked from my ebay shop using openbay.
All items that are in stock have been enabled and clearly have a quantity listed. Any out of stock items have been disabled.
However, all items display out of stock label , i.e. '2-3 days'
Any ideas?

In product details availability is displayed, but on category pages all show default stock status.

Looks like an extension or modification wich does not read the actual stock, but uses default stock status.
