Error: Unknown column 'shipping_zone_id' in 'field list'

Hello,

I upgraded to 1.4.0 from 1.3.2, not thinking that would be a problem and because I couldn't find any newer versions from 1.3.2 or newer except for 1.4.0. I keep getting the same error (below) whenever I try to checkout on the shop, no matter what method I am trying to use. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

There is 1.3.4.

It looks like the 1.3.2 is missing some database tables that is needed in 1.4.0.
I'm not sure what else is changed.

Where can I download 1.3.4 at? I have Qphoria's oc_upgrade_132_to_134.sql file, but I can't find the download package for 1.3.4 to upgrade the files from 1.3.2 to 1.3.4. Or do I even need to do that? I would think I would need to run the sql file from Qphoria, upload all the new files for 1.3.4, and then just replace the 1.3.4 files with 1.4.0, because there isn't a database change from 1.3.4 to 1.4.0 correct? Thanks for all your help!
