How to add PayPal processing fee to the order?

Hi,

OC ver: 1.5.6.4
Payment type: Paypal

when customer checkout his order, how do I add in the "PayPal processing fee" to his total amount?
I mean customer have to pay the additional processing fee by himself, not seller.

Please advise, thanks!
