Question, our clothing store has size/color options, but I only see a way in the back end to add COLOR and SIZE separately ---- why not the exact color and size together,
for example I only have ONE blue jacket in size 4. And one size jacket in size 7, color red. WHy does it keep them separate, this will mess up my inventory?
Thanks

Right, the default opencart doesn't allow for you to track inventory that way. But there are several mods that do. I'm currently using http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=14468
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
OH that looks like it, yes, so basically how do you get that to work with inventory, I'm assuming you don't not place a number for inventory then in the DATA tabs then it asks for quantity, correct, its done in the MOD?
Thank you!

Add the quantity under the options tab with the mod and set 'subtract stock' to No under the data tab. Whatever is put into the options section of the mod will automatically calculate the grand total stock that you see under the data tab.nexgraphics wrote:OH that looks like it, yes, so basically how do you get that to work with inventory, I'm assuming you don't not place a number for inventory then in the DATA tabs then it asks for quantity, correct, its done in the MOD?
