Can't get FedEs to work in 1.5.5.1

I am running Mijoshop/Opencart (I know, I know) Have test mode set up for FedEx (meter, key etc). It just does not show up on the site. I used the Web Config Wizard on the FedEx site, downloaded and unpacked the zip files to my local site: components - com_mijoshop - opencart-download. Nothing. Not even an error message. No problem with USPS, just far too many options showing...
Am I missing a step, am I completely overlooking the obvious?
Here is a screen shot of my less than ideal shipping page. I don't even want all of these choices popping up to begin with, but for now I want to get FedEx working.
Have done several searches on the forum, but most of the suggestions have not worked for me. Any insight is appreciated.

Does not work on a localhost. I gave up.

I changed a couple of settings. I wound up changing it to Live mode and set Packaging to My Packaging. After that it started working.
