[SOLVED] New custom, required field on checkout

I've searched around but so far found nothing that will allow me to do this..

I need to have select box with all of the countries listed that is required.. this field would be called "Destination Country" ..

It needs to ...

1. Be viewable on front-end and backend, as well as changeable
2. It needs to be included in the order e-mails
3. It would also be ideal if it could be included in order exports/printing as well ..

We are a PHP group but have no vqmod experience personally.. The reason we need this is we have a client that sells to their reps around the country, so the order will go to the rep's address but then the rep will be shipping it from their location to the end-user which could be anywhere in the world.. for legal purposes, our client needs a record of where the item will be going in the end..

More than willing to discuss cost/time and anything else needed.. it is something we will need fairly soon ( next few weeks ) ..

Ps. I already discussed with them about handling this per product as a product option, but they quickly shot that down.
