How to add hundreds of products?

I have a product that has hundreds of items to list, if I added them manualy it would take me till the year 2020.

Can anyone comment on how to do this, there must be a script I can use to populate all the tables from a data file?

Use the "Import/Export Tool" extension by JNeuhoff from the Opencart Extensions Page.

Install it and use the CSV file format from the tool.
Populate the fields with your own Product Tables, hopefully also in CSV format.
Then simply upload the updated CSV file back to your store using the tool.

That's the easiest way, as far as I know.
