Email confirmation to client doesnt look right

I just ran a test order for the first time, and the confirmation that got emailed back to me (as a client who ordered) doesn't look right, the ITEM and the shipping, text, etc is all missing from receipt. This is how it comes.

How do I fix it, as you cant see what you ordered?

What version OC are you using? Do you have some sort of mod in checkout/orders? I just tried in a completely stock OC 1.5.6x and here is what it looks like:

Yes before that one comes, came a really SHORT looking receipt.
