Convert to brochure?

Hi Guys,

I've got an OpenCart website but customers are wanting to view our products offline and take them to see their clients. They keep asking if we have a hard-copy brochure but we have far too many products for that + they change a lot so would be very costly.

We really want an extension or something where you can just download the website into a PDF (or similar) brochure. Does anyone know of anything like this at all?
