Hello,

I am having issues with the PayPoint module, it is always returning "Canceled" status. I have checked with SecPay and they have confirmed that payments are going through and providing me with the callback strings to show that the module is receiving the correct data for a successful transaction.

Has anyone else run into this issue or know of a code segment that I should be checking out?

Hi James, we have been having the exact same problem with our site, found no fixes or solutions I'm afraid. We are looking at alternative gateways now
