PayPal Advanced Missing Orders

Hi Everyone,

I've searched the OpenCart forums and Google, but can't find anything to help with this issue. I'm hoping someone here will have an idea or suggestion I haven't thought of. We have a client's site that is not processing orders from PayPal Advanced correctly.

Version: 1.5.6.4 (fresh installation)
Payment Method: PayPal Advanced (PayPal Payflow Pro iFrame)
Issue: Orders are processed at PayPal but only show up under missing in OpenCart dashboard. Of course no order email is sent to the site customer or the website owner.
Settings checked and steps taken to attempt to resolve:

1. Transaction method: Sale
2, Test Mode: No
3. Debug Mode: Yes
4. Checkout Method: Iframe
5. Order Status: Processing
6. Response data in debug log shows RESPMSG=Approved
7. Checked PHP version and php.ini file
8. Checked .htaccess (only default OpenCart code and code to make php.ini recursive is in there)
9. Verified all settings in paypal.manager.com
10. Enabled debugging in payment module
11. Had client enable IPN at PayPal (figured it couldn't hurt)

I noticed when I looked at each of the missing orders that on the Payment Details tab, it shows Capture Status: Incomplete under Payment Information.

If any additional details are needed, please ask.

Is this my Paypal Advanced module? or someone elses?

Generally the reason you get nothing back is because the account wasn't setup correctly... especially the part about silent post url

I am having the same issue with the paypal advanced mod, using it as an iFrame. I am using your mod with 1.5.6.4. On the silent post, what is the correct format for this? I have your mod running on another website on an earlier version of opencart, and it works fine. Can you post the correct settings we should have in the Opencart Admin and the Virtual Terminal?

same issue here. paypal payflow iframe. payment is successful, but orders shop up "missing". seem the silent post isn't working, but i have triple checked the setting in my paypal manager. It was working in october, not now it's not. any help is appreciated! Thanks
