Checkout Hanging - need Help or Advice

Hi All,

I will state now, I'm by no means a coder - hence the genuine request for help. We have an Opencart site that has taken sometime to develop using various people, but the Checkout page just hangs when you hit continue. It seems to be at various points for Delivery Details, Billing etc and I cant get much help or seem to nail the problem down. Its seems almost random at various points.

Can you point me in the right direction please - all help very much appreciated. If it needs some development work I don't mind paying? I just need it sorting ASAP.
