Part shipping, with follow on shipping event. Allow the recording of how many items have been shipped e.g.

Product A 2
Product B 3
Shipp
ProductA 2
ProductB 2
Thus product B still has 1 to ship.
Then a follow up ship event can be created for
Product B 1
