Not sure how to approach this on the OpenCart side of things. I had a customer make a purchase, and then saw that we had a one-time-use 10% Off coupon code available after his sale was complete.
I've already issued him a Partial Refund on PayPal for the 10% amount. But not sure if there's any way to designate on the OpenCart admin side of things to indicate that he's already used this coupon code (being one-time-use and all).
I did add a "Comment" line in the History tab for his transaction, but essentially he could still use the one-time-use coupon on his next transaction, being that OpenCart really does not know that he used the coupon already.
Any suggestions?
