Question regarding forms and email

There are a number of modules and extensions available in the marketplace to purchase to create forms etc, due to the language barrier I've found it difficult to understand a few things. Now I was wondering, some of the form creator modules allow you to input an email address for the captured data to be sent to.

Is it possible to allow these forms to send captured data to other email addresses and not the store email address?
