Disable ADD TO CART button for a certain category

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to disable (or remove) the "ADD TO CART" button just for a certain category?
Explaination as followed:
My opencart site sells some categories (Fashion, Liquor, Books,...). But as the Country law, Liquor is not allowed to be sold online. So, I need to disable or remove the ADD TO CART button for all the products belonging to Liquor.
