First of all thank you for purchasing my module.
Have you followed the instructions in the readme.txt file, and have you grant both access & modify permission for tool/upload inside system > Users > Users group layout?
If you have already done this, and you still experience some problems, please provide me with FTP and admin access to your store, and I will install the module free of charge.

May I remind you, that this module is not using FTP (File transfer Protocol) in order to upload the images. If you like to upload such large amounts of images, then I suggest you to use FTP.
There are several reasons that may cause your problem, all of them are in PHP/Apache server configuration.
You may consider to check and adjust php variables such as:
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size
memory_limit
max_input_vars
etc...
I hope this helps.

Hi there, hope you are doing well.
My client just purchased this module and we got it installed.
We are using product Option as images extension, however, the multiple image uploader does not seem to work in this area.
we go to a product, then to options tb and that is where we select the image for the options, my client would like to do multi image upload in this section so he can put all of the option images up at once for that given product, then select them as needed for the other remaining options.

All permission under user groups are set right. When I select the images to be uploaded to the product its just gives me a small ? box. This images are not uploaded to the folder. I am using OSx. I'm rather new to opencart having downloaded it last week and installed it with mijocart. I'm rather unclear on the instructions to load this extension as VQmod was installed with the package and is not found at the root of the website.
I tried to follow the directions but dont see the module show up. I know it's self inflicted but not sure where to look now. I can give you back end access to the site ...

I have downloaded this extension. I want to know how do I integrate this module into the back office of my website so that I can start adding all of my product images. The developer just completed my website and I want to know for myself how to use it before I speak with them about this new extension. Can someone tell me the next step? Thanks
