I couldn't find in forums this method, so i just wanted to share how can you auto tweet newly added products in your opencart store or any store that uses RSS.
Here's how i did it:
1)The first thing you need is RSS feed extension for new products, I found a free extension here http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... SC&page=10
2)Next step is to register here http://twitterfeed.com/ or just sign in using openID if your using google, yahoo, blogger, etc as a registered user, then you most likely have an openID just don't know it.
3)Next will be the aplication form to fill out. Your url to rss feed should look like this http://www.yoursite/index.php?route=feed/latest_products_rss below the "feed name" and "RSS feed url" there should be advanced options, adjust them to your liking.
For me, i just changed "Post sorting" to GUID and i unchecked "feed is sorted" so it tweets all my products ass new. After everything is set, continue to next step and there you can connect your RSS feeds to Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin.

I don't either, but they work great and I've been using them for about 5 years. You can also send new products automatically to facebook and linked in using the same method btw. Wish they would add g+ pages, but cannot have everythingMrTech wrote:Thanks for sharing.

It posts images to facebook but doesnt tweet images, just the link to your product

Yes, I think the images thing posting to facebook is a glitch in the facebook app.

Error i got in twitterfeed.com
Your feed might be empty or missing publish dates or GUIDs. A feed needs to contain publish dates or GUIDs in order to work with twitterfeed, see help

Google+ has not done a complete api yet. There are a few paid services that will work with G+ - Hootsuite is one of them. But I have not yet found a free or easy solution to auto post to G+.
