Export Import Tool

Hi,

I am using opencart-1.5.6.4 and opencart-1-5-6-x-export-import-17.
I want to add products using this tool.
However, after I input the excel file exported from the system, there is no record in the database.
1. Do you think the problem comes from I have 2 languages in my opencart?
2. Or what fields must be input to the excel so that I can successfully add products to the database?
3. Or who can tell me the minimum fields I must input so that I can add products?
