As I said in my PM, yours is not a proper Unix or Linux server, and there probably some bugs in your configuration. But chances are that with a local copy of the Pear library installed to your KNASTORE\admin directory it might still work.

You are not using OpenCart 1.4.0. Make sure you 1.4.0 and its matching Export/Import module.

If I make a website on a localhost with v1.4.0 and save Categories, Products and Options with this module; would I be able to export this data into the next version of the OC without getting into any problem?

That depends on whether or not the next version of Opencart will have any changes in the corresponding DB tables for the products, categories, and options. If the next release of the Export/Import has a few additional field columns, you can always copy and paste the existing columns from the old spreadsheet to the new one and re-import to the new Opencart version.

It most likely is. Are there any entries in your error logs?think that the problem is a folder and file permission.

Its the same user account under which your Opencart PHP script runs.

upload_tmp_dir= /tmp
Maximum execution time=30seconds
Maximum input parsing time=60 seconds
I've tried whit another file with dimension of 20 kb. The script with this file work!
