HELP NEEDED to change checkout text

Hi there,

So I'm looking to make changes to the Account & Billing Details section of the checkout producedure. I need to edit the checkout fields and replaced them with different text.

For example, I need to edit 'Phone Number' to 'Your Listed Player (e.g. Lionel Messi)' and lots more.

I need someone to either explain EXACTLY step-by-step (photos would be much appreciated) how to make these changes to the core files or preferably for someone to write me a VQmod XML file that I can use to make these changes.
