Hi everybody,

When using the "Bank Transfer"-extension, in which the user manually gets sent a personal email with bank payment credentials, I have set it up so that the order gets the status "Pending". This is so that I can handle payment manually with the customer and verify that the funds have reached my bank account.

However, when the checkout is performed and the order is set as pending, my confirmation email that says "Thank you for your order - It is being processed to be shipped" is still sent out.

I want to prevent this order confirmation email until I have marked the payment as "Processed". How do I do this?

Thank you!

Best regards

Well, did you manually change the text of the confirmation email, else it shouldn't be saying it is processed to ship. If you did, try changing it back, and probably just put the order status there instead.

Correct. I have now changed the email to say "Once your payment has been verified..." and remedied the situation in that way.

By the way: Anyone know how to put a META-prefix to the titles to get them scraped as "(Fixed-META-Prefix) (Dynamic-Item-Name)" instead of just "(Dynamic-Item-Name)"?

Are you referring to the products? It's in the controller where it says $this->document->setTitle or $this->document->setDescription if i didn't remember wrongly
