Digital Download Checkout - Remove address from billing

I need to see if there is a module or someone that can help me write one that removes the billing information from the checkout process. My client wants to eliminate this information, but leave the user's name/last name in the system to identify. is there something like this available or someone can help me write it?

Do you want free checkout? You need a billing address to process payment.

You can set the item to not require shipping, which will cut the shipping address part out of it. Then, assuming you really don't need a billing address you could set it to free checkout, which removes the billing address.
