interactive product builder

I was wondering if there was a mod I could use to create something like Vans uses on their "build your own" custom shoes page:

I am going to use this for a site that sells custom truck grilles so the choices in order would be something like:

Choose Make (chevy, ford, dodge etc)
Choose Grille ( 3 styles or shapes to choose from)
Choose mesh insert (black, polished, painted etc)
Choose bolt style ( 5 different styles of bolts to choose from)

I could have photos of each option. So each option adds a transparent png image to the top layer of the previous image as they make selections if possible?

Didn't really see anything like this yet, has anyone created any interactive product builders yet?

Argh, they must have hired an efficiency expert, it has 3,833 lines of index code, half of them blank. The thing is "Copyright (c) 2014 Fluid, Inc; Licensed" -- you can find them at fluid.com, and their e-commerce at fluidretail.com, both apparently Stateside. Probably a tad pricey.

Cool, thanks for the info, they prob are a bit pricey Someone pm'd an offer of $350 and I was looking at a custom product builder extension that may work if I can add multiple layers of images & choices:

One or another of the t-shirt builders might lend itself to the application.
