extension for parent option change prices of other options?

Ive had a search but cant see anything, ill try explain the situation. maybe there is a extension that does what i need but i havent found it in a search, or maybe it doesnt clearly say.

A website for image prints:

You can choose different frames/mounts for the images
There is an overall Large/Medium/Small size option.

Now obviously a frame for the larger one would be more expensive than the frame for the smaller print.
Not all frames are the same price tho so i cant do an overall percentage increase,


Id like a extension where i can specify a price for each sizes for each frame

options set up is choose type (print,canvas) -> choose size -> choose frame (if wanted) - > choose mount (if wanted)

Quick question

All the options are available regardless of what parent option is chosen, however the price of the child options would change. is this possible with the extension?

or would i need to create 3 versions of each option with the different prices for small, medium and large then assign them to the parents respectively?

I have taken a look but none really say whether they can do what im looking for thats why im asking here.

I can only answer for the FREE extension "Chained Selects" where you need to create the parent option - in your example - Size = Large, Medium and Small. You will also have to create the child option - frame/mounts, lets say Gold, Silver and Black but you would only have to create, in this case three options and add the price at the product edit stage.

So when you're creating a new product you allocate a different prices for Gold/Large, Gold/Medium, Gold/Small, Silver/large etc.

gonna try that one out today. I seam to be having a problem with vqmod tho so doing a fresh install first.

That would have been great if it worked with different types of options rather than just select, but i suppose it was in the name lol.

I need to use image type and radio type, image as theres over 30 frames and all look different so its handy people can see a corner of it
